Our Services
112 West provides a wide range of support to the United States Space Force (USSF) to meet requirements, deliver warfighter capabilities, reduce costs, and reduce administrative burdens in response to the evolving USSF mission. Specific services include:
System Architect
Act as the central hub for strategic engagements, concept evaluations, and international partnerships.
The focal point for external strategic engagements, alternative concepts investigations, and potential international partnerships. Able to support the management of design, development, demonstration and testing of promising science & technology projects, including coordination with other government organizations.
Systems Engineering
Deliver technical support for space and ground system initiatives, facilitating collaboration across programs and partnerships.
Technical support for development, production and test of space and ground system initiatives, including interfacing across internal and external programs. Able to work closely with industry partners, other service providers, and DoD organizations and support teams.
Contract Management
Provide comprehensive support for contract matters, from documentation to deliverable structures and source selection criteria.
Administrative and advisory support, including all necessary documentation, to provide overarching assistance with programmatic contract related matters. This includes work statement development, deliverable structure, and source selection evaluation criteria and execution
Acquisition Specialist
Ensure seamless documentation and acquisition report preparation, aligned with key milestones and policies.
Programmatic and business management support to assist in development of required documentation for milestones and acquisition reports in accordance with applicable policies.
Risk Management
Effectively manage program-related risks through identification, tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
Identify, update, and report all program-related risk including maintaining a risk database, coordinating risk tracking within the program team and contractor, and provide risk reports/briefings to senior leadership.
