Over 25 years of space systems engineering experience in all phases of DoD Space Systems Acquisition. Highly regarded for efforts on two multi-billion-dollar satellite system developments, including translation of operational mission needs to acquisition requirements, implementation, and performance, and for increasing effectiveness of technical teams through adept collaboration across many disciplines and bridging highly technical topics with management level needs.

Over 10 years of program management and engineering experience in Major Defense Acquisition Programs, primarily in airborne and satellite communication and strategic sensing systems.  Extensive experience in managing large acquisition programs, facilitating communication across diverse stakeholders and establishing efficient program and engineering processes.
